Walking for Wellbeing: developing sustainable engagement between research, policy and practice.

This blog will form an integral part of a knowledge exchange project exploring walking for wellbeing.  Wellbeing is a multifaceted concept and we believe that walking can be play a role in promoting wellbeing in its broadest sense.

We seek to involve researchers, teachers, allied health professionals, local and national government representatives, health promotion practitioners, geographers, sociologists and anyone with an interest in walking.

We will host 3 one-day walkshops to explore this in more detail – keep your eyes peeled for more dates.
